Huntleigh - 100 members and guests spread good tidings and cheer at the annual GAHS Weihnachtsparty on a snowy Sunday, December 16 at the lovely home of GAHS VP Event's, Isabelle Coovert. Everyone was welcomed at the door with a name badge and a friendly, fröhliche Weihnachten by Barbara Nahlik and Harrison Billy.

Traditionally, it is one of the more enjoyable GAHS social events of the year, with members sharing holiday treat recipes and hopes for the coming year. It is also an opportunity to have new and current members get to know each other better. Donations were also collected to help support the German School of Greater St. Louis, which teaches the gift of the German language to both children and adults throughout the year.
